Coussens are pleased to announce that a new Demag AC 60-3 has been added to our fleet today. Using its 50 m main boom, this crane can reach to up to 40 m radius. It comes equipped with full remote control, which can be used to assist in situations where the operator’s view of the lift would otherwise be obscured. The Demag AC 60-3 is ideal for lifting loads such as roof trusses, steel beams, timber frame panels and precast concrete over tall obstacles or onto large or distant plots. With a maximum capacity of 60 tonnes, this versatile crane is also suited to lifting heavier items such as boats at close radius. The crane is equipped with the IC-1 Plus control system, which allows variable outrigger positioning, meaning that the crane can rig and work where space is limited.
